Denise’s writing experience ranges from newspaper reporter to technical writer to history book author.
Denise’s most recent writing project was writing film synopses for Terra Incognita, a studio that produces interactive educational experiences.
As Newsletter Editor for the Scofield Farms Homeowners Association, Denise researched and wrote all articles for the two page monthly newsletter.
In 1999, she wrote a book, Texas Baptist Children’s Home: 1950-2000: Hope for Generations, for the Texas Baptist Children’s Home in Round Rock Texas.
Denise also has experience as a reporter, covering the local business and city government beats for the Round Rock Leader.
Denise wrote technical and legislative documents on air quality issues for the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission. She also wrote copy for the agency’s website and newsletters.
